One could cycle through everyday of the year to decide what be the most appropriate day for The Undertaker to return. Friday the 13th. Would be one. October 31st. Even better. Since Raw aired the day before, it is close enough. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeee's Baaaaaaaaack. The Phenom re emerged for the second time in 2000 at The Fleet Center in Boston. The pop for The Phenom was great. One of the biggest ones. The only legit pop. By that I mean he doesn't rely a manufactured, carfully polished gimmick, accompanied by a monster push, complete with catch phrase and some kind of mascot. As we were being bored into a comatosed state by William " Don't call me Steven anymore" Regal, the now familar intro of The American Bad Ass rang through our ears. Jim Ross marked out asking what was UT doing there. Well, if he could pull his head out of the Texas Druken Disgrace's ass long enough to watch a past Regal segement, he'd know why UT was there. UT was sick and tired of his mouth, so Taker decided to shut it for him. I guess The American Bad Ass doesn't think America bashing, especially mocking the way Bostonians speak, is goodwill. Regal damn near shits his knickers when he sees UT is not just there to sit and watch. A Last Ride from The Phenom puts the snotty Brit in his place. Planted on a good ole American mat, flat on his back, with his lights out. I was a bit concerned with this due to Taker's recent surgery and groin injury. Not to mention, this powerbomb was somehow botched by Regal when he appeared to try to squirm out of it. I hope UT didn't reinjure himself. Moving on. The man spoke. He simply threw back into Regal's face he didn't like the way the goodwill ambASSador talked. UT thought he talked funny. With Regal now quite, UT takes to his bike and prepares to leave. But first he must acknowledge the crowd who paid good money to see action, not bitching. They got it with Taker coming back. Now, let us all hope that this come back is a more permanent and we can get back to ass kicking on a consistent basis.
