So gather around the fire campers and hear the tale of what could have been The Undertaker's crowning glory on the last Raw to air on the USA network. First some thoughts. Although the show was predictable as usual, there were some very humerous moments. One of them was Tazz's Lillian knows nothing gag. Then there was Chyna's remark to Eddie about removing his head from her clevage so she could hear him. It gets better with HHH's Kurt Angle is gay mind game. The prize comments of night had to go the The Phenom himself. That will be covered shortly. Snobby Cryvia hogs the ring and makes some self righteous speech about some people handling loss well, and others poorly. He proceeds to show footage of The Undertaker being 3Ded then chokeslamming The Peon's Chump through a table. Implying Taker does not handle loss well. How does Crocky handle loss? By whining about it. He would further display what side of the losing coin he fell on at the end of the show. If Crock doesn't get more arrogant and ignorant by the week. He has the grapefruits to say that he knows why UT is upset with him. Rock is WWF champion and Taker is not. To quote Shawn Michaels "Do not flatter yourself." If he thinks that is the reason then he wasted time wearing a helmet when he played football, because he is still brain damaged. He alo states that if UT wanted a title shot, all he had to was ask. Which we shall see was BS. As part of his long winded speech, Crock mentions that he respects The Undertaker. Seconds later he would disrespect The American Bad Ass by demanding, in any incarnation Taker chooses, to come out there. Accompanied by hurling his latest in a long line of immature, overused, unimaginative catch phrases in UT's direction. Something about being called monkey piss didn't sit well with Taker. So out he comes. Using very colorful analogies such as he was winning titles when Crock was still in high school in the back of his daddy's car trying to get some from Mary Jane Rottencrotch. Then he did what I enjoy most. He went straight from Crocky's catch phrases. UT told him he could do all the eyebrows he wanted, he could talk about monkey's nipples and shoving things up people's ass, but Taker didn't give a damn. And even though he doesn't dress like Satan anymore, he would still get medieval on the Crock's ass. This brings out Commisioner Foley. Who ramles on about how he makes the matches, not Rock. He allows UT V Crock later on. So of course Benoit and Lame don't want to their shot a title blown less then a week away from Unforgiven. So he puts Benoit against Lameass, but makes the match with Taker and Snobby non title. So not only has UT been saving Crock's reign as champion, Mick Foley did last night. That is why this column is titled "what could have been" To the match. Benoit joins JR and The King. If that is not forshadowing. The Phenom basically beat the snot out of The Peon's Chump. Whipped him from posts to post, sidewalk slam. Rock gained the advantage back for a bit, using the announce table and a low blow. To which Benoit wonders if that's what Crock is all about. Cheating. I have to ageee with The Rabid Wolverine there. Crocky is turning into Steve Austin JR. It didn't last long. Once they were back in the ring, The American Bad Ass took the Crock to the learning tree again. The ref gets in the way, but UT still has the advantage landing one of the most viscious DDTs I have seen in a while. That would have ended Crocky if the ref had been conscious. Cryvia regroups and manages to hit the Rock Bottom. No ref to count. As the ref comes to, Crock tries it again. UT blocks it and gives rock The Last Ride. Now the ref is awake and counting to three. It's over. If this was a title match, we would have had a new WWF champion. We knew the show was not going to end like that. Out comes Lame. He heads for the ring. Taker is ready and waiting. Benoit rushes over and helps Lame beat on Taker. Crocky drags his beaten carcass over and evens the odds. Once Lame and Benoit were sent packing The WWF chump.. I mean champ waits for UT to turn around and gives him the Rock Bottom. By now Crock's fans are still marking out over it. They are probaly saying it was revenge for the chokeslam on Smackdown last week. The crowd last night din't seem impressed. The Deadman says it just shows Crock is the one who doesn't handle loss well. He was beat fair and square, and doesn't seem to comprehend that his letting UT down on both Raw and Smackdown last week was what lead to his ass kicking. And he is scared now. UT beat him clean. His title could have been history as of last night. Taker proved he is the biggest threat to Rock at Unforgiven or anytime. He does not want to end up one on one with UT without a plan or God answering his prayers. If The Phenom does the job at Unforgiven, it won't be clean. Here I sit, waiting for spoilers to see if Crock's ego had to be catered to and he gets the upper hand going into the PPV. Wanna know who hit Austin? It was the same people who shot JFK. Oh no, wait, it was me. I really should see a doctor about those violent fits where I black out. Till next time.
